Until further notice WKVN will interrupt regular overnight programming at 3:33 AM to carry safety instructions from the Harlow Valley Office of Civil Readiness. Please keep your television tuned to Channel 9 and your volume at a level you can hear from your bedroom.
Residents are asked not to call the station. Our phone lines are for emergency use only. Several viewers have reported calls from the station that we did not place. WKVN does not call viewers.

Dale has brought the news to Harlow Valley for 22 years. He lives on Linden Street with his wife June and their dog Pepper. Dale says the secret to a good broadcast is simple: "Speak calmly, and never tell them more than they need."
